Bruce Harrison, CPM and Chief Executive Officer

Bruce Harrison is the Chief Executive Officer, Majority owner, and Broker of record of The Beaumont Co. since 1994.

Bruce became a Property Manager in the early 1980’s and a Certified Property Manager in 1988. He has worked as a State Court Receiver and taught Real Estate Property Management for The University of California Los Angeles.

He grew up in the business, mentored by his Dad, Robert E. Harrison, and many other well known and accomplished industry leaders and owners.

Bruce works on a variety of daily issues pertaining to the overall management of the Company and buildings managed by the Company. Bruce manages a substantial portfolio of buildings. He is very focused on implementing preventive strategic plans with regard to business risk management, providing quality housing and service. He is aware of regulatory changes, market conditions, rent control laws, and cycles in Real Estate Economics. He has a long term record of improving income on properties, accelerated leasing, and improving the quality and value of the asset. He has a diverse client base for which he provides personalized services, including brokerage and consultation.

Gary Holme, CPM and President

Gary R. Holme CPM, is the President of The Beaumont Co. since 1994. He is a CPM Certified Property Manager since 1968 and has been with The Beaumont Co. since 1965.

Gary’s result oriented management style has earned him a reputation for building highly effective management teams that have contributed significantly to the success of the Beaumont Co. and he has established strong relationship with industry professionals and clients.

His personal affiliations include:

• Past President (1990) of The Los Angeles Board of Realtors

Ryan Diehl

Ryan Diehl’s expertise in Real Estate began in the early 1980s and consists of both residential and commercial management, property supervision, all aspects of the financial process, quality vendor relationships, renovations and property exchanges.

His association with The Beaumont Co. began in 1995. Ryan has managed a variety of properties from single family homes to over a thousand units in a fast paced corporate environment.

Gary Cleff

Gary Cleff, a licensed Real Estate Broker and UCLA graduate has been a property supervisor for The Beaumont Co. since 1997.

In this capacity he has accumulated vast experience in market conditions and rent control issues in Los Angeles, West Hollywood, Beverly Hills, and Santa Monica.

He has a strong track record for rent collections, income appreciation and quick turn around for vacancies.

Tom Davis

Originally from Minnesota, Tom Davis became involved in property management in 2004 working as a receptionist at a local property management company. He joined The Beaumont Co. in 2008 as a Property Supervisor.

Besides managing a portfolio Tom is a vital team player assisting The Chief Executive Officer, President and Office Manager in a number of useful ways.

Previous Owners

Robert E. Harrison

Robert E. Harrison was a professional sports star in the late 1930s. That career ended and because he is a World War II veteran. He joined Beaumont in the 1950s. He syndicated many Real Estate projects throughout The United States and managed numerous buildings during his career helping expand the strength of the company.

He became the company's top producer and Henry Beaumont sold the company to Robert E. Harrison in 1975. He remained active with the company until 2001 and sold the company to Bruce Harrison and Gary Holme in 1994. He served on various Real Estate affiliations during his career and was a generous mentor to many.

Henry Beaumont

Henry Beaumont is the founding father of organization, which he began in 1936. He had a strong affiliation with The Institute of Real Estate Management and The Board of Realtors. He is considered one of the notable pioneers of the industry.
