HISTORY

The Beaumont Company was founded in 1936 by Henry G. Beaumont.

The year 2009 celebrates our "73rd Year" of providing our clients with the finest property management available today.

The company specializes in apartments, condominiums, commercial and  industrial properties. The company's portfolio consists of  4,700 units.

 

Growing from 3 employees to a staff of 26 and 225 on site personnel, our company still maintains the personal service and attention of a much smaller company and utilizes the latest technology to accurately monitor performance.

The Beaumont Company has been located at 541 North Larchmont Blvd. in Hancock Park since 1969. We are centrally located. Our service area is the greater Los Angeles basin, Orange and Ventura Counties. We have a very strong presence on the west side (Santa Monica, Brentwood, Beverly Hills etc.) and in the San Fernando Valley.

  • Our AMO firm is directed by CERTIFIED PROPERTY MANAGERS (CPM®). 
  • Our staff is comprised of 14 professionals, 3 of whom are Certified Property Managers (CPM®) and two other property supervisors. 
  • Our President and CEO have been with the firm for 44 and 24 years respectively, our controller over 56 years, secretaries bookkeepers and computer staff average 21 years. We were the first firm to computerize in 1968.
  • We are a full service company. There are two State Court Receivers on staff, three Real Estate Brokers, two sales associates, three investment consultants, and six property management experts.
