The Beaumont Company was founded in 1936 and provides Real Estate Property Management for multi-residential and commercial buildings. The Beaumont Co. also provides Brokerage and Consulting Services.
Meet The Team
Bruce became a Property Manager in 1980 and a Certified Property Manager in 1988. He has worked as a State Court Receiver and taught an extension course in Real Estate Property Management at UCLA during the 1990’s.
Gary Cleff, a licensed Real Estate Broker and UCLA graduate has been a property supervisor for The Beaumont Co. since 1997.
Originally from Minnesota, Tom Davis joined The Beaumont Co. as a property manager in 2008 after working in the area as a receptionist at a local Real Estate company.
Became licensed in 2009 and narrowed her scope of professional real estate career to property management.
Adam Rubenstein has extensive experience working with commercial and residential properties, from sales and leasing to rapid and efficient resolution to tenant grievances, capital improvements, and preventative maintenance.
Previous Owners
Gary retired in 2021 after 56 years working with The Beaumont Co. During his career he helped establish strong relationships with industry leaders and clients.
At age 17 he was a baseball high school sensation when he signed a professional baseball contract with The Hollywood Stars, to help support his family.
Mr. Beaumont founded the company in 1936 and was not only the founding father of The Beaumont Co., for which the company is named, but a notable pioneer in the industry itself.
