Bruce Harrison is the Chief Executive Officer, Majority owner, and Broker of record of The Beaumont Co. since 1994.

Bruce became a Property Manager in the early 1980’s and a Certified Property Manager in 1988. He has worked as a State Court Receiver and taught Real Estate Property Management for The University of California Los Angeles.

He grew up in the business, mentored by his Dad, Robert E. Harrison, and many other well known and accomplished industry leaders and owners.

Bruce works on a variety of daily issues pertaining to the overall management of the Company and buildings managed by the Company. Bruce manages a substantial portfolio of buildings. He is very focused on implementing preventive strategic plans with regard to business risk management, providing quality housing and service. He is aware of regulatory changes, market conditions, rent control laws, and cycles in Real Estate Economics. He has a long term record of improving income on properties, accelerated leasing, and improving the quality and value of the asset. He has a diverse client base for which he provides personalized services, including brokerage and consultation.

Gary R. Holme CPM, is the President of The Beaumont Co. since 1994. He is a CPM Certified Property Manager since 1968 and has been with The Beaumont Co. since 1965.

Gary’s result oriented management style has earned him a reputation for building highly effective management teams that have contributed significantly to the success of the Beaumont Co. and he has established strong relationship with industry professionals and clients.

His personal affiliations include:
• Past President (1980) of The Los Angeles Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management
• Past President (1990) of The Los Angeles Board of Realtors
• Served as Director of Apartment Association of Greater Los Angeles (AAGLA)
• Member of the board of Directors, The Howard Jarvis Tax payer Association and Foundation

Gary Cleff, a licensed Real Estate Broker and UCLA graduate has been a property supervisor for The Beaumont Co. since 1997.

In this capacity he has accumulated vast experience in market conditions and rent control issues in Los Angeles, West Hollywood, Beverly Hills, and Santa Monica.

He has a strong track record for rent collections, income appreciation and quick turn around for vacancies.

Originally from Minnesota, Tom Davis became involved in property management in 2004 working as a receptionist at a local property management company. He joined The Beaumont Co. in 2008 as a Property Supervisor.

Besides managing a portfolio Tom is a vital team player assisting The Chief Executive Officer, President and Office Manager in a number of useful ways.
